This vintage 1940 card remains in respectable condition with very good centering for the era. The final grade is primarily limited by the moderate rounding of the corners and general edge wear expected from a card of this age.

The front displays a modest shift toward the top and left edges.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit moderate rounding and visible wear consistent with age, particularly at the bottom corners. Back: The corners on the reverse side show similar rounding and softening, with some light whitening visible.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: Light chipping and wear are visible along the top and left edges, including a small nick on the upper right. Back: The edges show standard shelf wear and minor fraying of the card stock.
Surface: 7 / 10
The surface is generally clean with typical vintage toning and a very faint horizontal indentation near the lower portion of the image.
