While the card features excellent centering for a vintage issue, the overall grade is heavily impacted by the significant corner rounding and a prominent surface crease on the front.

The front is very well-centered horizontally, with a slight shift toward the top edge.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and heavy wear, particularly the Bottom Right corner. Back: The corners on the reverse show similar heavy rounding and softening across all four points.
Edges: 3 / 10
Front: The edges exhibit consistent fraying and minor chipping throughout, most notably on the Top edge. Back: Heavy wear and softening are present along all four edges of the reverse.
Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A heavy vertical crease is visible running from the left edge through the center of the card. The surface also shows significant age-toning and scuffing. Back: The back surface shows heavy toning and a few small stains near the center of the text box.
