A NED GARVER from the 1951 TOPPS BLUE BACKS set, card #18. This is a great addition to any ST. LOUIS BROWNS collection.

This vintage card is a well-preserved example despite its age, but the grade is primarily limited by the moderate rounding of all four corners and consistent edge wear. The surface and centering are respectable for a 1951 issue.
Centering: 9 / 10
Front: The front centering shows a modest shift toward the right and top edges but remains well-framed for a vintage issue. Back: The reverse side has a more pronounced shift toward the top-left corner.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and softening consistent with vintage wear. The Bottom Right corner has a bit more visible whitening than the others. Back: The corners on the reverse side exhibit significant rounding and wear across the blue-printed surface.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: Minor chipping and light fraying are visible along the top and bottom edges, with general wear present around the entire perimeter. Back: The back edges show consistent wear and small nicks, particularly along the bottom white border.
Surface: 5 / 10
The back shows some minor dark staining and general surface foxing typical of older card stock.
