This card shows extreme wear consistent with a Poor condition rating. The primary issue is a severe vertical crease that nearly splits the card and shows paper loss on the reverse. Additionally, the corners are heavily rounded and the edges are significantly frayed.

The top border is significantly thinner than the bottom, while the left border is slightly wider than the right.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show heavy rounding and significant softening of the card stock. Back: The corners are severely rounded with prominent whitening and wear visible.

Edges: 2 / 10
Front: The edges exhibit extensive fraying and chipping throughout the entire perimeter. Back: Significant wear and staining are present along all four edges on the reverse.

Surface: 1 / 10
The central vertical crease shows visible paper separation and loss on the reverse, accompanied by heavy staining.
