This vintage hockey card shows significant wear across all categories. The final grade is primarily limited by a major vertical crease on the front surface and advanced rounding of the corners. The centering is also noticeably off-set toward the top edge.

The front image is positioned noticeably high within the frame, with the top border being much thinner than the bottom.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and paper softening, characteristic of extensive handling. Back: The corners on the reverse are consistently rounded with visible wear matching the front.

Edges: 4 / 10
Front: Chipping and noticeable wear are present along all four edges, with several small nicks visible. Back: The edges on the back show moderate fraying and chipping throughout.

Surface: 2 / 10
A prominent vertical crease runs through the left side of the player's jersey, and the card shows heavy age-toning.
