The grade is heavily impacted by a substantial horizontal crease through the middle of the card and advanced rounding on all four corners. While the centering is also quite poor, the structural surface damage is the primary limiting factor.

The front displays a heavy vertical shift toward the top edge and a moderate horizontal shift to the right.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and loss of original shape. Back: The reverse corners mirror the heavy wear and rounding seen on the front.

Edges: 3 / 10
Front: The edges exhibit visible chipping and fraying, particularly along the top and bottom. Back: Moderate wear and small nicks are visible along all four edges.

Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A prominent horizontal crease runs across the center of the card. There is also general surface wear and toning consistent with its age. Back: The central crease is highly visible on the reverse, accompanied by significant age-related toning.
