This vintage hockey card shows advanced wear across all areas. The presence of a physical tear and heavy creasing near the bottom left corner, combined with significant corner rounding and surface soiling, limits the overall condition grade to the fair-to-poor range.

Centering: 6 / 10
The front displays a heavy left-to-right centering shift, while vertical alignment is centered.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit heavy rounding and fraying, with a prominent crease and material loss at the Bottom Left corner. Back: The corners show advanced softening and significant wear consistent with the front.

Edges: 4 / 10
Front: Edges show advanced wear, chipping, and several small nicks, most notably along the top border. Back: Extensive fraying and edge wear are present across all four sides of the reverse.

Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A prominent diagonal tear and crease are visible in the lower left portion of the card surface, alongside a vintage ink signature. Back: The reverse shows significant surface soiling, staining, and visible paper distress.
