This vintage hockey card shows heavy signs of age and handling. The presence of a significant crease across the main image and heavy rounding of all four corners are the primary factors in this assessment.

The front displays a heavy shift toward the right edge and is moderately low-heavy.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and heavy wear. The Top Right corner also shows visible fraying. Back: The back corners mirror the heavy rounding seen on the front, with consistent softening across the stock.

Edges: 3 / 10
Front: All four edges show heavy chipping and shelf wear. The Top edge is particularly rough with visible paper loss. Back: The edges on the reverse show significant wear and consistent chipping throughout.

Surface: 2 / 10
Front: The surface shows heavy aging and a prominent horizontal crease running across the center of the player's image. Back: Significant toning is present on the back, and structural creases from the front are clearly visible through the card stock.
