The grade is primarily dictated by the significant rounding of all four corners and the pervasive surface staining and spotting. Despite these condition issues, the card remains a well-preserved vintage example.

The front shows a significant shift toward the top and right edges, with the top border being particularly thin.
Corners: 2 / 10
The corners on the reverse show heavy rounding and some whitening of the card stock.
Edges: 3 / 10
Visible shelf wear and age-related toning are present along the perimeter of the card back.
Surface: 3 / 10
Front: Noticeable age-toning and brown spotting are visible. A vintage ink signature is present across the lower section. Back: The reverse surface shows significant staining and foxing, typical of older card stock stored in varied conditions.
