This vintage hockey card is in poor condition due to significant surface damage, including major paper loss on the back and multiple heavy creases on the front. The corners are heavily rounded, and the overall physical integrity is severely degraded.

The front exhibits a moderate shift toward the right and bottom edges.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners are heavily rounded and show significant wear and flattening of the card stock. Back: The corners on the reverse side are heavily rounded with visible whitening and fraying.

Edges: 2 / 10
Front: The edges show extensive wear, including fraying and multiple small nicks, particularly along the left side. Back: The edges exhibit significant chipping and fiber fraying around the entire perimeter.

Surface: 1 / 10
There is a large area of paper loss at the top, and the surface is heavily stained with visible creases throughout.
