This card is heavily impacted by a severe horizontal crease that spans the entire width and significant rounding across all four corners. These structural defects, combined with heavy edge wear and off-center alignment, result in a Poor condition rating.

The top border is very thin compared to the bottom, and the left border is much wider than the right.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show heavy rounding and significant wear. A prominent crease extends from the Top Left corner into the image area. Back: The corners on the reverse are heavily rounded with clear evidence of card stock exposure.

Edges: 3 / 10
Front: Considerable chipping and fraying are present along all four edges of the card. Back: The edges on the back show moderate to heavy wear and small areas of paper loss.

Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A severe horizontal crease runs through the center of the card. General surface toning and minor staining are visible. Back: The central crease is highly visible on the back, accompanied by significant age-related staining and surface dirt.
