A CURT SIMMONS from the 1955 BOWMAN set, card #64. This is a great addition to any PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES collection.

This 1955 Bowman card is in strong condition for its age. The primary factors for the assessment are the slight top-left centering shift and the minor touches visible on the corners. The surface and edges remain highly well-preserved.
Centering: 7 / 10
Front: The top wood-grain border is thinner than the bottom, while the left side is slightly narrower than the right. Back: The back is well-aligned with a minor bias toward the top and left.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: The Top Right and Bottom Right corners show very minor touches of white at the tips, while the left-side corners remain sharp. Back: Minor wear and light fiber fraying are visible on all four corners, consistent with the age of the cardstock.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean with very minor chipping visible along the Top edge under close inspection. Back: The back edges exhibit light natural shelf wear but no significant chipping or damage.
Surface: 8 / 10
The reverse shows uniform light age-toning and minor print snow within the brown text box, typical of the 1955 Bowman set.
