This is a high-quality example of the 1955 Bowman Billy Gardner. The card is well-centered and boasts a clean surface. The grade is primarily determined by the light touches of wear present on all four corners.
Centering: 9 / 10
Front: The wood-grain frame is well-proportioned with a slight preference toward the top right. Back: The back is well-aligned with a moderate shift toward the right edge.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: All four corners show minor touches of wear and very slight softening consistent with a card of this age. Back: The reverse corners show minor whitening and light softening under close inspection.
Edges: 8 / 10
The edges are generally sharp, though micro-chipping is visible along the left and top sides.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is clean and bright, featuring light 'print snow' common to this issue but no scratches or creases. Back: The back surface exhibits standard light age-toning and is free of any staining or ink marks.
