This vintage card exhibits severe structural distress, characterized by heavy creasing that penetrates through the card stock and major rounding of all four corners. Due to these extensive physical defects, the card is assessed at a grade representing Poor condition.

The front design is heavily shifted toward the right edge, resulting in a very thin border. The vertical centering shows a slight preference for the bottom.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners are heavily rounded and show significant fraying of the card stock. Back: The back corners exhibit matching heavy wear and rounding, consistent with the front.

Edges: 2 / 10
Front: The edges show heavy fraying, nicks, and consistent wear along the entire perimeter. Back: The reverse edges are notably worn with visible chipping and fibrous fraying.

Surface: 2 / 10
Front: Multiple heavy creases run horizontally and diagonally across the entire card face, intersecting both player portraits. Back: The back shows numerous deep creases and significant surface staining and toning from age.
