A SAM LESLIE from the 1934 NATIONAL CHICLE DIAMOND STARS set, card #68. This is a great addition to any BROOKLYN DODGERS collection.

This vintage 1935 issue shows severe condition issues, primarily driven by a heavy vertical crease on the front and a large ink mark on the reverse. The extreme rounding of all four corners and extensive edge wear further place the card in the Poor category.

The front utilizes a full-bleed design and appears relatively balanced across the image area.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit extreme rounding and significant wear, with a noticeable fold present at the Top Left corner. Back: The reverse corners show major rounding and heavy fraying of the card stock.

Edges: 2 / 10
Front: Significant chipping and fraying are visible along the entire perimeter, particularly on the Top and Right edges. Back: All edges show heavy wear and softening consistent with the age and handling of the piece.

Surface: 2 / 10
Front: The surface shows a heavy vertical crease in the upper portion, accompanied by significant staining and general discoloration. Back: A prominent red ink mark is located in the center of the card, and the surface shows substantial age-related toning.
