The grade is primarily limited by the heavily shifted off-center alignment on both the front and back of the card. Additionally, noticeable rounding on all four corners and a light pencil-like mark near the player's right shoulder limit the overall condition assessment.

Front centering is horizontally off-center, with the left border substantially wider than the right border.

Corners: 2 / 10
All four corners show moderate rounding and age-related softening of the cardboard tips.

Edges: 5 / 10
Front: The left edge shows light chipping and minor paper wear along the border line. Back: The bottom and right edges show expected vintage chipping and mild toning.

Surface: 5 / 10
A light pencil-like scribble or marking is present on the front right shoulder area of the uniform, alongside minor surface age-toning.
