This 1953 Bowman Color Ted Kluszewski is in exceptional condition for its age. The card retains high-end surface quality and color depth. The minor touches on the corners and edges prevent a higher grade but are well within the standards for a high-grade vintage specimen.
Centering: 9 / 10
The front displays a mild shift toward the right and bottom borders but maintains excellent visual appeal.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: All four corners show minor touches of wear and very slight whitening. The Top Right corner has the most visible rounding. Back: The reverse corners show light touches of shelf wear and age-related toning, though they remain relatively sharp for the era.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges show minor factory roughness along the Top and Left sides, which is typical for this specific card stock. Back: The back edges are well-preserved with only light toning and no significant chipping.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is remarkably clean with vibrant colors and high gloss. Only a few microscopic print specks are visible upon close inspection. Back: The reverse surface is clean and free of any stains or markings, showing only natural, light uniform toning.
