While the corners, edges, and surface of this vintage decal are in nearly pristine condition, the grade is significantly limited by a heavy rightward centering bias. The offset is prominent enough that the card may be considered for an 'Off-Center' qualifier.

The image is heavily shifted toward the right side, creating a very wide left border. There is also a moderate shift toward the bottom edge.
Corners: 9 / 10
The corners are remarkably sharp for this era, with only a microscopic touch of wear visible on the Bottom Right corner.
Edges: 10 / 10
Front: The edges of the decal and the backing paper are smooth and free of chipping or fraying. Back: The edges on the back show no signs of shelf wear or handling.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The decal surface is exceptionally clean with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The reverse side is clean and bright with no staining or discoloration.
