The final grade is primarily limited to a 5 by the prominent vertical scratch/stain on the left side of the reverse surface, combined with moderate corner softening and a heavy vertical centering shift on the front.

The front has a pronounced shift toward the bottom border, resulting in a very thin yellow margin.
Corners: 3 / 10
The reverse corners show moderate age-related rounding, particularly at the Top Left and Bottom Left.
Edges: 6 / 10
The rough-cut edges on the reverse show light, uniform chipping and fiber wear throughout.
Surface: 5 / 10
A prominent vertical print line or scratch runs down the left portion of the reverse surface, passing through the card number box.
