This is a high-eye-appeal vintage card that presents very strongly due to its sharp corners and excellent front centering. However, the final grade is limited by a visible hairline scratch on the front surface above the player's head and the significant centering shift on the back.
Centering: 9 / 10
Front: The front display is nearly perfectly centered both horizontally and vertically. Back: The reverse side shows a significant shift toward the top and left borders, which is common for this era.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top Right corner has a very slight touch of softening. The other three corners remain quite sharp for a vintage issue. Back: Minor touches are visible on the corners, consistent with typical storage wear for a card of this age.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are remarkably clean, showing only faint chipping along the Right edge. Back: The edges show some minor natural fiber fraying consistent with the card stock used in the early 1970s.
Surface: 6 / 10
The color and gloss are excellent, though a thin vertical surface scratch is visible in the sky area above the player's head.
