The grade is primarily limited by the severe top-left centering on the front of the card. The corners, edges, and surfaces are otherwise in excellent shape with only light vintage softening.

The front displays severe centering issues, shifting heavily toward the top and left borders.
Corners: 4 / 10
Front: The corners remain relatively crisp for a vintage issue, with only light softening visible on the Bottom Right corner. Back: The reverse corners show consistent minor age-related softening, most noticeable at the Top Right corner.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean for a vintage card, with only light paper-fuzzing visible along the Right edge. Back: The back edges are neat with light chipping along the Bottom edge.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The front surface is bright and clean with standard vintage print snow but no major scratches or creasing. Back: The reverse card stock is clean and shows no signs of wax staining, ink marks, or surface creasing.
