The grade is heavily limited by a heavy horizontal crease running through the facsimile signature on the front surface, along with moderate corner rounding on the reverse.

Front: The front has a slight horizontal shift favoring the left border. Back: The reverse shows a significant top-heavy shift, with the bottom border being very narrow.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: The Top Left corner shows light rounding and fiber softening, typical of vintage stock. Back: The Bottom Right corner shows the heaviest wear with moderate rounding and paper softening.
Edges: 6 / 10
Front: The Right edge shows light chipping and a tiny nick near the middle. Back: The Bottom edge exhibits light touch wear and fiber fraying.
Surface: 3 / 10
The right side of the front has a heavy, horizontal surface crease running through the facsimile signature.
