The final grade is primarily limited to a 5 due to a light surface crease running on the left side of the front, coupled with severe horizontal centering on both sides and a rough factory-cut right edge.

Bottom Right corner shows the most wear with mild rounding visible under magnification.
Edges: 6 / 10
Right edge shows the most wear with moderate rough factory cutting characteristic of O-Pee-Chee stock.
Surface: 5 / 10
The left side of the card features a light crease line and multiple print smudges and spots.
