The reverse corners are excellent, exhibiting only tiny touches of minor fiber softening on the Top Right corner.

Front: The front borders are very clean, with just a minor speck of edge chipping on the left side. Back: All four edges on the reverse are well-cut with minimal vintage paper fraying.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The front surface is clean with excellent print quality and no visible scratches or print snow. Back: The reverse surface is free of wax stains, ink markings, or creases.
