The grade is primarily limited by the centering on the reverse side, which shows a significant shift toward the bottom edge. Additionally, minor edge chipping along the bottom reverse and a slight touch of softening on the reverse corners prevent a higher assessment.

Top Left corner shows a tiny touch of light softening on the gray cardboard stock.

Bottom edge shows a few spots of light chipping and minor fiber exposure.

The lower portion of the reverse surface shows a minor print blemish or tiny scratch near the 'What Happened' graphic.
