The grade is heavily restricted by prominent ink markings and pen strokes filling in the checklist boxes on both the front and back surfaces, alongside typical vintage corner wear.

The front displays a mild top-to-bottom shift but remains very well aligned.
Corners: 2 / 10
All four corners show vintage softening with light rounding at the very tips.
Edges: 6 / 10
Front: The edges show minor chipping and typical vintage paper wear along the borders. Back: The reverse borders show light chipping and minor roughness from the original factory cut.
Surface: 3 / 10
Front: Multiple checklist boxes have been filled in with blue ink markings. Back: Numerous checklist boxes are filled in with heavy blue ink, and there is a noticeable blue ink smudge near the bottom center.
