The grade is heavily limited by a prominent blue ink scribble mark on the right side of the reverse surface. Additionally, vintage corner softening on the front Top Left corner and moderate front centering shifts are present.

The front border exhibits a noticeable top-to-bottom shift, resulting in a heavier bottom border.
Corners: 4 / 10
Front: Top Left corner shows the heaviest wear with moderate softening and light paper loss at the tip. Back: Bottom Left corner shows minor softening consistent with age.
Edges: 7 / 10
Left edge shows the worst wear with light chipping and slight fiber fuzzing.
Surface: 3 / 10
The right side of the reverse surface features a prominent blue ink scribble mark.
