The grade is primarily limited by severe off-center alignment on the front, noticeable corner rounding on both sides, and a prominent dark stain on the bottom left reverse.

The front border is severely off-center, shifted heavily toward the left edge.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: Bottom Right corner shows the heaviest wear with noticeable rounding and soft paper fibers. Back: Bottom Left corner shows noticeable rounding and softening typical of vintage cardboard.
Edges: 5 / 10
Right edge shows the most wear with moderate chipping and some minor paper loss.
Surface: 5 / 10
Bottom Left area on the reverse shows a prominent dark stain.
