Front: The Top Right corner is severely damaged, showing heavy layering, paper separation, and rounding that alters its original geometric shape. Back: The Top Left corner on the reverse shows significant structural breakdown and flattening.

Front: The Right edge shows heavy chipping, wear, and minor paper splitting along the margin. Back: The Left edge on the reverse shows significant wear and fibrous exposure throughout.
Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A heavy vertical crease runs down the top-center of the card through the cap design, along with multiple smaller surface wrinkles near the bottom-left. Back: A heavy crease is visible near the lower-left quadrant, accompanied by general paper aging and surface abrasion.
