While the embroidery is excellently centered, the item shows significant physical wear common for vintage fabric labels, including heavy fraying on all edges and corners and prominent surface staining.

Front: The embroidered seal and text are perfectly centered within the horizontal and vertical margins of the fabric label. Back: The reverse side of the embroidery is centered consistently with the front.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit heavy fraying and loose threads consistent with an unfinished fabric edge. Back: The reverse corners show significant fiber separation and fraying across the board.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The top, bottom, and side edges are all raw and frayed, with the bottom edge showing a long fringe of loose fibers. Back: The edges on the reverse side are heavily frayed throughout the perimeter.
Surface: 4 / 10
The light blue fabric surface shows noticeable yellowing and staining, particularly in the lower half and around the central seal.
