Front: The top edge shows moderate wear with tiny perforations remaining from where the card was originally detached. Back: The top edge reverse shows corresponding wear and paper roughness from the original tear line.

Front: The right side shows a light crease running vertically through the yellow background area, accompanied by minor staining near the top left. Back: A visible horizontal crease runs through the left-center section of the reverse design.
