Front: The edges show moderate to heavy chipping, with notable wear along the top and bottom borders. Back: All four back edges exhibit heavy chipping and fiber fraying, most notably along the right edge.

Front: The front surface features a heavy horizontal crease running through the Phillies uniform and lower design area. Back: The reverse surface exhibits a heavy cluster of diagonal creases near the bottom right area and overall surface aging.
