The final grade is primarily limited by the severe right-heavy centering on the front of the card. Aside from this alignment defect, the corners, edges, and surfaces are exceptionally well-preserved for a vintage 1961 issue.

The front display exhibits severe right-heavy centering, with the right border being extremely thin.
Corners: 2 / 10
All four corners show moderate vintage softening but remain well-preserved without major creases or dog-ears.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: All edges are relatively clean with only minor factory rough cuts visible along the borders. Back: The reverse edges are very well-preserved, showing only minor chipping on the card stock.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The front surface is clean with excellent print colors and no visible scratches or creases. Back: The reverse surface is free of wax stains, showcasing crisp bio text and clean card stock.
