The grade is primarily limited to a 5 due to the prominent vertical print line running down the right-center of the front surface, alongside noticeable rounding on the bottom left corner.

The front is very well centered for a 1965 Topps tallboy, showing only a slight shift toward the top and left.

Front: Bottom Left corner shows the heaviest wear with noticeable rounding and paper softening. Back: Bottom Right corner (corresponding to the front bottom left) shows similar noticeable rounding and light whitening.

Edges: 6 / 10
Front: Top edge shows the most wear with moderate chipping and fiber softening. Back: Top edge on the reverse shows moderate chipping and toning.

Surface: 5 / 10
A prominent vertical print line runs down the right side of the card front through the blue background and face.
