This card is in exceptional condition for a vintage 1964 issue. The grade is primarily limited to a 7 due to light softening of the Top Left corner tip and moderate vertical off-centering on the reverse side.

The front displays near-perfect horizontal alignment and very strong vertical centering for a vintage issue.
Corners: 4 / 10
The front corners are remarkably sharp for a vintage card, showing only light softening on the Top Left corner tip.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The front edges are exceptionally clean, showing only light factory cut roughness along the Right edge. Back: The back edges remain crisp, showing only minor natural paper toning along the borders.
Surface: 8 / 10
Front: The front surface is clean and colorful with no visible creases, though there is a tiny, faint print spot near the upper forehead area. Back: The reverse surface is free of major blemishes, showcasing clean cardstock with only typical light age-toning.
