Bottom Left corner is severely degraded, showing heavy paper loss and discoloration from an old tape stain.

Bottom edge is heavily impacted by a prominent yellow tape stain and associated edge wear.

Front: The surface is marred by two heavy horizontal creases and a handwritten pencil marking on the left side. Back: The reverse surface shows severe damage, including multiple ink markings, heavy creases, and a large tape stain across the bottom.
