The grade is primarily limited by the back surface, which features prominent water staining near the stamp alongside postal ink and hand-written pencil and pen markings. Additionally, the bottom corners show moderate wear, including a diagonal crease on the bottom-left reverse.

Front: The front border is beautifully centered and symmetrical. Back: The postcard back is well-aligned with excellent placement.

Bottom Left corner shows a noticeable diagonal crease and paper softening.

Front: Bottom edge shows light chipping and fraying consistent with age. Back: Top edge shows light chipping and moderate toning along the border.

Top Left area of the reverse shows prominent water staining around the affixed postage stamp, along with postmark ink and hand-written correspondence.
