This 1920s strip card presents with significant condition issues that limit its grade. The primary factors are the heavy clipping at the Bottom Right corner and the extensive handwritten markings on the back. While the front centering and image quality are solid for the era, these physical defects place the card in Very Good condition.
Centering: 7 / 10
Front: The front shows moderate misalignment with the image shifted toward the right edge. Back: The back centering is balanced across the plain card stock.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: The Bottom Right corner is heavily clipped and exhibits significant material loss. The other three corners show moderate rounding consistent with a vintage strip card. Back: Significant corner wear is visible on the reverse, particularly at the bottom left corresponding to the clipped front corner.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges show minor roughness and slight shelf wear but remain largely intact given the era. Back: Edges exhibit natural age-toning and minor fraying.
Surface: 2 / 10
The reverse surface is heavily compromised by prominent pen writing across the center and bottom portions.
