This 1959 Topps Del Crandall is in superb condition. The primary factors limiting the grade are the vertical centering and the slight touch of wear on the Top Right corner. The surface and edges are excellent, maintaining the card's high-end vintage appeal.
Centering: 7 / 10
The front displays a noticeable vertical shift toward the bottom edge, while the left-to-right alignment is excellent.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top Right corner shows a very minor touch of whitening. The other three corners remain sharp and well-preserved. Back: Corners show light touches of wear consistent with the front, particularly at the Top Left corner.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean overall, with only minor traces of the original rough-cut texture visible along the Right edge. Back: The edges on the reverse appear smooth with only minimal shelf wear.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally clean for its age, featuring bright colors and a smooth finish with no visible scratches. Back: The back stock has aged naturally with no significant stains or marks.
