This card is an outstanding high-grade example from the 1963 Topps set. The primary limiting factor is the horizontal centering shift on the front, which places the ceiling at a Near Mint-Mint level. The corners and edges are extremely well-preserved for a vintage issue, and the surface quality is excellent.
