This 1960 Topps card is in excellent vintage condition, highlighted by its superb surface preservation and bright colors. The final grade is primarily determined by the significant horizontal centering shift and some light softening on the Top Right corner.

The front shows a clear horizontal bias toward the right, creating an uneven frame.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top Right corner shows moderate softening and a touch of whitening. The other three corners are relatively sharp for the era. Back: Minor touches and light whitening are visible on the corners, consistent with handled vintage card stock.
Edges: 8 / 10
The Right edge shows some minor roughness and tiny chips in the print, which is common for this set.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is remarkably clean with vibrant color and strong gloss. No significant scratches or print defects are observed. Back: The reverse surface is well-preserved with clear text and no signs of staining or marking.
