The final grade is primarily determined by a puncture through the card stock in the upper corner area. While the centering is respectable for a vintage issue, the major physical damage to the corners and surface limits the overall condition to a poor or fair state.

The horizontal centering is nearly perfect, while the top border is visibly thinner than the bottom.
Corners: 1 / 10
Front: A small hole is present near the Top Left corner. All four corners show heavy rounding and significant wear to the card stock. Back: The puncture is clearly visible near the Top Right corner. The remaining corners are heavily rounded with visible whitening.
Edges: 2 / 10
Front: The edges exhibit significant chipping and age-related wear, particularly along the top border where the puncture is located. Back: Moderate to heavy fraying is visible along all four edges of the reverse.
Surface: 1 / 10
The surface is marred by a small puncture near the top left. General scuffing and fine scratches are visible across the image area.
