This is a very high-quality vintage specimen. While the corners and surfaces are in excellent condition, the overall grade is limited by the moderate horizontal centering shift on the front.

The front displays a moderate left-to-right shift, with the left border being roughly half the width of the right.
Corners: 7 / 10
Minor whitening is visible on three of the four corners, typical for a vintage card of this era.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are generally clean, though the left edge shows a slight factory-typical rough cut. Back: Small amounts of light chipping are present along the left edge of the reverse.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The front surface is excellent, with bright colors and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The back is clean and free of the common wax or gum stains often found on vintage issues.
