This vintage specimen is in excellent condition but is limited by centering. While the corners and edges are exceptional for a 1961 issue, the moderate top-left shift on the front and the heavy rightward shift on the back determine the final grade.

The front centering is shifted toward the top and left edges.
Corners: 9 / 10
The Top Right corner shows a microscopic touch of whitening. The other three corners are remarkably sharp.
Edges: 10 / 10
Front: The edges are clean with no visible chipping or fraying. Back: The reverse edges are smooth and free of any significant wear.
Surface: 9 / 10
The surface is clean with strong color and no visible scratches or creases.
