The final condition is primarily dictated by a significant horizontal crease on the right side and severe centering issues. The card also shows moderate corner rounding and edge wear typical for vintage stock, but the structural surface damage and poor centering limit the overall grade.

The front is severely off-center vertically, with the top border being extremely narrow.

Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and wear, with the Top Right corner exhibiting the most significant softening. Back: The corners on the reverse side show consistent rounding and light whitening at the tips.
Edges: 3 / 10
Front: There is noticeable chipping and fraying along all edges, with a visible tear on the Right edge near the middle. Back: The back edges show moderate shelf wear and minor chipping consistent with the card's age.
Surface: 2 / 10
A heavy horizontal crease or tear is present on the right side of the card. The surface also shows general age-toning and minor print marks.
