This 1951 Bowman card presents well with excellent centering for the series. However, it is held back by moderate, uniform rounding on all four corners and typical edge wear for a vintage issue of this era.
Centering: 9 / 10
Front: The horizontal centering is slightly shifted toward the left, while the vertical centering is a bit heavy toward the top. Back: The text on the reverse is exceptionally well-centered within the card's dimensions.
Corners: 4 / 10
Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and visible whitening, typical of handled vintage stock. Back: Rounding and wear on the reverse corners match the condition observed on the front.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: The edges show moderate chipping and general wear, particularly along the bottom edge. Back: Visible chipping and age-related toning are present along the perimeter of the reverse side.
Surface: 6 / 10
Front: The surface shows uniform age-related toning and a few minor spots, but no significant creases are visible. Back: The reverse surface exhibits standard cardboard toning and minor foxing consistent with its age.
