This 1965 Topps card is in beautiful condition, boasting high-end surface quality and very strong edges. While the corners show only the slightest hints of wear, the overall grade is primarily limited by the left-heavy horizontal centering on the front.
Centering: 6 / 10
The horizontal centering is shifted toward the left edge, while the vertical alignment is very respectable for a vintage issue.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top Left and Top Right corners show very minor touches of wear. The bottom corners remain very sharp. Back: Minor micro-fuzzing is visible under magnification on the upper corners; otherwise, they are in excellent condition.
Edges: 9 / 10
The edges are extremely clean for the era, with only a few minute specks of white showing on the left edge.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally clean with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The reverse surface is bright and clean with no signs of wax staining or aging.
