This is a high-grade vintage specimen that maintains excellent eye appeal. The primary factor limiting the grade is the front centering, which is slightly outside of perfect tolerances. However, the exceptional sharpness of the corners and edges places it in a premium condition category for a 1965 issue.

The front displays a left-heavy horizontal shift and is slightly weighted toward the bottom.
Corners: 7 / 10
The Top Left and Top Right corners show very minor micro-fuzzing upon close inspection, while the bottom corners remain crisp.
Edges: 8 / 10
Minor chipping is visible along the Right edge, consistent with typical storage wear for vintage stock.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The front surface is clean with vibrant colors and no visible print defects or scratches. Back: The reverse surface is clear and free of any wax stains or significant toning.
