A ED LOPAT from the 1963 TOPPS set, card #23. This is a great addition to any KANSAS CITY ATHLETICS collection.

This 1963 vintage card is a very clean example with sharp colors and a well-preserved surface. The final grade is primarily limited by the centering, which is noticeably shifted toward the top edge. The corners and edges show only minor, age-appropriate wear that prevents a higher technical grade but do not detract from its strong eye appeal.

The front exhibits a pronounced shift toward the top edge and a slight left-heavy orientation.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners show minor softening and very light touches of wear, most notably on the Top Left and Bottom Right. Back: The reverse corners show consistent minor rounding and light whitening at the tips.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The Top edge shows minor chipping and roughness, while the remaining edges are quite clean for the era. Back: The edges on the reverse show light toning and typical vintage stock texture but no major chipping.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The front surface maintains excellent color and gloss with only minor print snow characteristic of the 1963 set. Back: The back surface is exceptionally clean with uniform aging and no significant stains or marks.
