The condition is primarily limited by significant paper loss on the front surface and Top Left corner, combined with heavy corner rounding and a strong top-heavy centering shift.

The card shows a significant shift toward the top edge and a moderate shift to the right.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit heavy rounding. The Top Left corner shows significant paper loss extending into the edge. Back: The corners on the reverse side are heavily rounded with prominent whitening and wear.
Edges: 2 / 10
Significant paper loss is visible along the Top edge near the left corner. Chipping and fraying are present on all edges.
Surface: 2 / 10
A prominent area of paper loss is located in the upper left quadrant. The surface also shows general wear and mild print mottling.
